2 TB olive oil
1 1/2 cups diced onions
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a saute pan over medium heat add first three ingredients and cook until caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool.

Mix remaining ingredients with the cooked onions. Allow the dip to set in refrigerator for at least a few hours. (I typically let this dip sit overnight)
