Ingredients:  
4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
¼ cup melted butter or margarine
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
If potatoes are on the dry side add a little milk (1/4-1/3 cup)

Topping:
½ cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbls melted margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, margarine, eggs, vanilla, sugar, salt and milk if needed. Spread into a buttered 2 qt. casserole. Combine topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min or until heated through Makes 6-8 servings.
