5 lbs venison – cubed
1 bunch celery –diced
2 lbs carrots – sliced
2 ½ - 3 potatoes – cubed
2 ½ lbs rutabaga – cubed
2 cans whole kernel corn – drained
10 oz bottle Heinz 57 sauce
1 large onion – diced
1 large green pepper – diced
8 oz mushrooms – sliced
4 cans beef broth (10 ¾ oz)
6 bay leaves (remove before serving)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions, green pepper. Add remaining vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are done. You may have to add water to thicken. You need a BIG pot or Nesco for this one. Serves 10-12. I usually cut this in half and there is still plenty!
