1 lb. bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
12 oz. thin spaghetti
4 T. butter
½ c. beef broth
4 eggs, well beaten
¼ c. parsley
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into 1” pieces. Cook spaghetti according to directions. Meanwhile, brown bacon pieces. When brown, remove bacon and all but 4 tablespoons of drippings. Discard extra drippings. Add onion and sauté until soft. Add bacon. Drain spaghetti and add to onion and bacon mixture. Add butter; toss until melted. Add broth; mix well. Remove from heat. Add eggs; stir to blend. Mix in parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately
