3 ½-4 lb. chuck roast
2Tbl. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 -1/4 tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. curry powder
Sauce:
¼ c. honey
¼ c. soy sauce
¼ c. water-add more if needed during baking time
¼ tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat in flour and seasonings and brown. Pour off the fat. Mix the sauce ingredients and add to meat. Bake in roaster pan for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
