4-5 large sweet potatoes
l/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 beaten eggs
l/3 c. milk
l/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Topping:
chopped pecans
l/3 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
l/2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes. Skins will fall off. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Place in greased baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake 25 min. at 350º.
