2 lb. bag of frozen hashbrowns
l/2 c. melted butter
salt and pepper
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
l/2 c. chopped onion
Corn Flake Cereal
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Blend half of butter with salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Place potatoes in greased baking dish. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Mix crushed Corn Flakes with remaining butter and scatter over top of potatoes. Bake 45 min. at 350º.
