Directions:
Boil whip cream and add 1 tablespoon flour. Add little by little half-and-half, milk, and butter while beating. Mix in the 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, and salt. Beat well and be sure it cooks on medium heat on the burner. Be very careful and stir constantly; it burns very easily. Top with cinnamon and sugar, butter, cream, or eat it plain! YUM!
