1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
4 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cube and boil potatoes until tender (not too soft)
Brown ground beef and diced onion together
Drain meat and onions
Drain potatoes
Mis all ing. with cream of mushroom soup
Bring back to a low boil
Remove from heat and serve
