3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1/3 stick melted butter
½ cup milk
2 eggs, beaten


Topping
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1/3 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel and cube sweet potatoes in a medium saucepan with water to cover. Cook over medium high heat until tender; drain and mash.

In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar eggs, salt, melted butter, milk. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a 10” round buttered Pyrex dish.

In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar and flour. Add melted butter and mix until it looks like a crumb texture. Stir in the pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over the sweet potato mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the topping is lightly brown.
