Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
food coloring (any color)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and heat ingredients in small pan until ball forms. Add a touch of food coloring and mix. It can be put in a plastic container or ziploc baggie. Have fun!

I make this for the classes I have at school. It is great for mixing primary colors in elementary art class.
