Crust:
1c. butter
2 c. AP flour
1/2 c. br. sugar

Filling:
1 tub lite cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. w. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Fruit Layer- blueberries, strawberries, mandarin oranges, kiwi, grapes, apples., peaches, pineapple, slivered almonds, etc.

Glaze- 3 or 4 T. Apricot jam

Crust: Mix butter, flour, and br. sugar. Spray a pan with PAM. Pour and fit this crust mixture into bottom of pizza pan or 9" x 11" pan. Bake for 10 to 15 mins. at 350 degrees. Let cool.

Filling: Mix filling ingreds. together. Spread on baked and cooled crust.

Fruit layer: Now make a layer of fruit, sliced and arranged in a pretty pattern. Strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges and blueberries (not sliced) are very pretty.

Glaze: Use apricot jam warmed and thinned with warm water. Spoon over fruit layer.

Let sit a while before serving. Store in refig.
