2 c chopped chicken
½ c mayonnaise
1 ½ c milk
1 c mushroom soup
½ c onions
½ c celery
6 slices white firm bread
2 eggs
1 ½ c shredded sharp cheese
oregano or pimentos (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crust off 4 slices of bread to put on top and cube bread. Place in bottom of 9 x 12 casserole pan. Place chicken, then onions, then celery on top of bread. Beat eggs and milk, then mix mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and mushroom soup together and put over those layered in pan. Combine cheese with remaining crumbled bread and crumbled bread crusts. Spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
