1 onion - peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup carrot - peeled and grated
1/2 cup zuchinni - peeled and grated
1/2 cup red capsicum - seeded and chopped
1/2 cup celery - diced
1/2 cup shallots - finely chopped
4 bacon rashers - finely chopped
440g can drained whole corn kernals
1/2 cup cheese - grated
1/2 cup SR flour - sifted
30g butter - melted
4 eggs
salt and pepper
dy breadcrumbs to dust pan

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Spoon mixture into round cake tin, which has been greased and lightly dusted with dry breadcrumbs. Bake in moderate oven 35-40 minutes or until set. Turn onto plate to serve.
