1/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. rice
1 pkg. dried chicken noodle soup mix
3 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Heat onion, butter, and celery until clear. Add rice and cook until golden brown. Stir in all other ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
