Creamy peanut butter
powdered sugar
Instant Vanilla pudding
Cool whip
Your favorite pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Use approximately 1/2 cup peanut butter and add 1/2 cup powdered sugar or enough to get a fine crumb mixture. I just mix by hand! Keep some of the crumbs to put on top. Bake your pie crust and cool. Put a generous amount of peanut butter crumbs in the bottom of the crust. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the directions on the box and fill your pie crust. Refrigerate and when ready to serve top with cool whip and some of the peanut butter crumbs.

This is one of our family favorites. It is the same crumb mixture that is used in the Essenhaus peanut butter pie. You can also use chocolate pudding instead of the vanilla pudding for a chocolate peanut pie which they also serve at the Essenhaus
