1 clove garlic
1 cup chopped onion
2 8 oz cans tomato paste
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
2 1/2 tsp salt

1 lb lasagna noodles
1 lb motzorelli cheese
6 oz parmesan cheese

Directions:
Melt butter in large pan. Slowly brown meat. Add onion and garlic. Simmer until tender. Stir all the rest except the cheese and simmer over low heat 45-60 minutes. I have frozen this sauce and used it for spaghetti, zetti, or pizza sauce etc.

For lasagna I cook noodles, drain and place layers of noodles, sauce and cheese with the top layer being cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
