4 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 T. soft butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except cinnamon. Pour mixture into a pie pan. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 400º for 15 - 20 mins. and then bake at 350º for 20 - 25 mins.
