4 c. chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
3 c. cooked cubed chicken

Dumplings:
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. parsley
2/3 c. milk
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven, combine broth, veggies, bay leaf, and parsley. Bring to boil. Drop dumpling mixture by spoonfuls into boiling broth. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 more minutes. With a slotted spoon, remove dumplings to a serving dish - keep warm. Add chicken to broth and heat through. Remove bay leaf. Spoon over dumplings.
