3 c. coarsely cut up chicken, cooked
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 10 oz. cans mushroom soup
1 T. onion
2 T. green pepper
4 c. long grain rice, cooked
1 /12 c. cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Use leftover chicken or boil a 3 lb. chicken in 4 c. water with 1 tsp. salt. Second, place 1 c. rice in 3 c. water and boil for 30 mins.
Mix soup, chicken broth, onion, gr. pepper, until smooth over heat and add the cooked broken or shredded chicken. Now add 1 c. of cheese. Turn into casserole and bake at 375º for 25-30 mins. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
