3 cans hearts of palm, whole, then sliced lengthwise in quarters

1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped

1/4 c olive oil
4 tbsp dijon mustard
juice 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp honey

line 9x13 pan with hearts of pal. sprinkle parsley and scallions over. sprinkle vinaigrette over.
