1 1/2 c. finely crushed chocolate wafers (about 30)
6 T. margarine, melted
1 7-ounce jar Marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp. mint extract
Few drops green food coloring
3/4 c. miniature semisweet chocolate pieces
2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine crushed wafers and margarine. Press mixture firmly onto bottom of rectangular container. Beat the marshmallow creme, mint extract, and green food coloring with an electric mixer till smooth. Fold in 1/2 c. of the semisweet chocolate pieces. Whip cream till soft peaks form; fold into marshmallow creme mixture. Spread over crust in container. Sprinkle remaining semisweet chocolate pieces over dessert. Freeze at least 6 hours.
At serving time remove from freezer and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
