1 c minced onions
1/2 lb musrooms, or 1 can drained
1 cup diced celery
3/8 c oil
3 cups hot water
2 eggs
1 bullion cube
3 1/2 c matza farfel
salt, papper, paprika

Directions:
Directions:
saute onions, mushrooms and celery in oil. put matza farfel in bowl, pour hot water over, add bullion cube, spices and eggs. add vegetables. Spray pan and add mixture, bake at 375 for 45 mins.
