2 packages cin graham crackers
1/2 cup oil
3 8 oz toffuti cream cheese
1 container tofutti sour cream
1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/4 c sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
preheat to 375º
in processor grind crackers and oil. Press into bottom of 10 in springform, bake for 10 mins.
remove pan from oven and reduce temp to 325º
Cream all batter ingredients until smooth and pour over crust.
bake 1 hour, 10 mins. turn off oven and leave in for 2 hours, dont open door.
take out and chill
