1 cup sugar
pinch kosher salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 sheet puff pastry

Directions:
Directions:
combine 1/2 c sugar and salt on flat board. unfold the pastry on top. combine other 1/2 c sugar and cinnamon, pour on top .
Roll dough with a rolling pin to a 13 inch square.
Fold the sides of the square so they go 1/2 way to the middle, and then fold again so the sides meet in the middle. then fold one 1/2 over hte other as though closing a book. You now have 6 layers
Slice the dough into inch slices and place cut side up on baking sheets with parchment paper.
Bake at 450º for 6 mins, then turn for 3-5 mins.
