1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup self-rising flour
4 cups fresh strawberries (you may use any type of fresh fruit)

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º, melt butter in a baking dish in the oven, mix flour,sugar and milk in a bowl (try to get most of the lumps out), pour this over the melted butter,do not stir, then spoon the fruit over the butter and the batter, do not stir.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes.


Great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
