4-5 lb Brisket (or top of the rib)
4-5 potaoes
1 onion
tsp garlic powder
tsp paprika
tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 package serv-a- gravy
ketchup
brown sugar
regular coke-a cola

Directions:
Directions:
In a large tin, slice potatoes and onions and cover with pack of serv-a gravy. Lay meat on top and spice. Crumble brown sugar all over meat and then cover with ketchup. Pour the coke all over the top of the meat.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil, bake at 350 for 3 hours.
refrigerate overnight.
Slice, put back in the gravyu and bake another 2 hours on 300.
