2 cinnamon sticks
3 whole cloves
3 whole allspice or 1 1/2 tsp ground allspice
3 c. water

Directions:
Combine everything in a small saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat to lowest setting. Let simmer for hours and add more water as needed.
