2 lbs cod, halibut, flounder or other white fish fillets.
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup finely grated bread crumbs
1 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp margarine or butter

Directions:
If fish is frozen, thaw at room temperature until fillets will separate. Rinse lightly and pat dry with paper towels. Preheat oven 350°. Lightly grease a baking dish that will hold all fillets in one layer. Arrange fillets in dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish begins to look opaque. Mix together the crumbs and cheese. Remove dish from oven and sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over the top. Dot with margarine (or butter) and bake an additional 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
