1 stick melted butter
1 (16-oz.) can corn, drained
1 (16-oz.) can creamed corn
8 oz. Jiffy corn muffin mix
½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased, 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° (uncovered) for 1 hour or until set.

I add a can of green chilis or some chopped jalapeños.
