1 c. flour
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tbsp. oil
salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Measure I c. flour into mound on breadboard; shape deep well in center
2. Place egg, egg white, oil and dash of salt in well.
3. Beat egg mixture in well with fork until smooth
4. Stir flour from well gradually into egg mixture to make a stiff sticky dough
5. Scrape fork – Knead remaining flour into dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 mins.
6. Cover with towel and rest for 10 mins.
7. Serves 2 (8oz. dry pasta)
