1 lb. ground beef
½ c. chopped onion
¼ c. chopped green pepper
½ chopped celery
1 – 12oz. can tomatoes
1 – 8 oz. can tomato sauce
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayane red pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 – 15 ½ oz. can kidney beans – drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, green pepper, celery, until meat is brown and vegetables are tender
2. Drain off fat and stir in remaining ingredients (except beans)
3. Heat until boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours
4. Add bean and heat
