12 large asparagus spears
2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette dressing
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup red onion, sliced
2 Tbsp plum tomatoes, diced
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Add trimmed asparagus to boiling water for one minute; drain and rinse in cold water. Cut asparagus into bite sized pieces. Combine with all remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Refrigerate.
