3/4 c. milk
2 lbs. ground beef
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, diced
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1 med. carrot, grated
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Pour milk over bread crumbs. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, carrot, onion, and eggs - mix thoroughly. Pack it in a 9x5" loaf pan or shape into a loaf. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread mixture on meat loaf. Bake in 300 oven for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
