1 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt
4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Box Fennel Seeds
1 Cup Cold Water
1 Cup Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sift Dry Ingredients, add fennel seeds

1 Cup Cold Water

1 Cup Oil




Roll between hands and shape into form you desire

Bake 20 Mins on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees
