3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
4 ½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg , well beaten
2 tsp. orange zest
½ c. orange juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
¼ c. melted shortening
½ c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl
2. Combine in small bowl egg, orange juice, crushed pineapple, shortening, and orange zest
3. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and stir blended
4. Fold in walnuts
5. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour
