1/2 c. butter
1 lb. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy skillet melt butter. Add pecans and cook until warm and well-coated with butter. Then spread out on large baking sheet and toast 10 to 15 minutes in 325º oven. Then place on paper towels with newspapers underneath. While hot, salt, then turn and salt again.

You can use garlic salt on some if desired.
