1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
pinch of salt
1 1/2 tea. cinnamon
1/2 tea. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cinnamon and sugar then add water. Cook to about 230-234º Then remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour mixture over pecans. Stir very gently with a small long handled spoon. Keep stirring until they are crystallized or turn to sugar. Then pull them apart and set them o a cookie sheet that has wax paper on it.
