2 lbs. flour (1# = 4-5 cups)
1 lb. sugar (1# = 2 cups)
1 lb. butter
2 eggs
4 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into about four rolls. Wrap in wax paper and place in refrigerator until chilled. Slice and bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º until very light brown.

I try to buy the flour and sugar in the pound containers because I found it hard to judge the amount of flour.
