1 scant c. shortening
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
Cream above ingredients and add:
2 2/3 c. flour
1 tea. baking soda
1/2 tea. salt
2 tea. cream of tartar
1 tea. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Chill. Make into balls about the size of a walnut, roll into a mixture of 2 tea. each sugar and cinnamon. Flatten on a cookie sheet with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 375º for about 7 - 10 min.
