2 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. carrot puree
1 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar with the peanut butter, banana puree, carrot puree and eggs.

2. In separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt then add to the peanut butter mixture. Stir just to combine.

3. Pour in greased muffin pans. Bake at 350º for about 22 mins. Store in refrigerator.
