12 large mushrooms
2 tbsp. cooked chopped spinach
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of onion powder
Pinch of Celery seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bouillon dissolved in ˝ c. water
1 ˝ tsp. cottage cheese
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mince mushroom stems into small pieces and sauté in pan with ˝ bouillon, spinach, all seasonings until brown
2.Mix with cottage cheese
3.Saute mushroom caps until slightly brown with rest of bouillon
4.Stuff mushrooms. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
5.Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes
