Garlic salt
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. onion soup mix
˝ lb. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1.Grease 9 X 13 casserole
2.Sauté mushrooms in margarine about 5 minutes
3.Sprinkle with flour and stir (Remove from heat)
4.Add soup mix and stir, add sour cream and stir
5.Sprinkle with garlic salt
6.Spread on bottom of casserole
7.Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
8.Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, serve hot on small party rye bread
