12 oz. loose hot sausage
8 oz. sharp cheese – grated
1 ½ c. bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
1.Combine sausage, cheese, and bisquick, knead by hand until blended
2.Shape into 1 ½ in. balls
3.Partially bake at 400 degrees for 8-9 minutes, cool and freeze
4.Defrost , bake for 15 minutes until brown
