8 Bollita Buns (home made - hot dog buns are too small Use Hoagie buns if you can't make bollito buns
1 Lb Good to best quality hot dogs
1 lb thin sliced bacon
1 lb Pinto beans, cooked with bacon/onion
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise mixed with 1 tsp tabasco
Mustard

Directions:

Wrap bacon around hot dogs, using toothpicks to hold the ends. Allow to chill for an hour, and the bacon will better conform to the hot dogs when you cook them.
Heat a skillet to 350 degrees, and place the hot dogs in the skillet. As the bacon cooks and forms around the hot dogs, remove the toothpicks, being careful to not pull the bacon off.

Scoop out an area in the bollito buns. Add pinto beans, then mustard, then the hot dog, then tomatoes, onions, and last the tabasco mayonnaise.
