1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. rum
4 eggs
Rum-Butter Sauce:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. rum
Bring butter, sugar and water to a boil to dissolve sugar. Cool. Add rum. Pour over baked cake.

Grease and flour a 10" tube pan. Line bottom with nuts. Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, rum and then eggs, one at a time. Beat well (about 4 min. at med. speed). Bake in preheated 325º oven for about 60 min. or until cake tests done. Poke holes in cake with skewer and pour sauce over gradually to fill holes. Let cool completely in pan before removing.
