2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tea. salt
1 tea. baking powder
1/2 tea. soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. orange juice
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13" pan (grease bottom only). Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 min.
Topping: 1/4 c. butter, 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar. 3 tbsp. orange juice.
