3 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
dash of salt
1 tea. vanilla
1 c. pecans (1/2 c. chopped, 1/2 c. whole)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs lightly. Slowly add brown sugar and butter, then salt and vanilla. Line pie shell with 1/2 c. chopped nuts and egg mixture over chopped nuts. Cover this with 1/2 c. whole pecans.
Bake at 350º for 30-40 min. until almost set. Then reduce heat to 225º and bake 15 min. longer or until pie is completely set.
