2 1/2 lbs. ground smoked ham
2 lbs. ground lean pork
1 lb. ground beef (or you can purchase 5 lbs. of ham loaf mixture at Fareway)
3 eggs
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk
2 cans tomato sauce
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar

Combine all ingredients except for those for the sauce. Form into balls and put into two 9x13 pans.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour evenly into both pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350F.
