3 lbs. arm or shoulder beef roast
1 pkg. dry au jus
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1 can beef broth
1-2 jars mushrooms
1 pkg. sliced swiss cheese
1 pkg. hoagie buns

Directions:
Directions:
Place thawed roast in crock pot; cover with au jus, Italian dressing mix, mushrooms, and beef broth. Cook on high for 2-3 hours, then turn to low and cook another 6-7 hours. In the last couple of hours, chunk up the meat with a fork. Serve on hoagie buns and top with cheese.
